Meet JULIE
My journey in the world of entrepreneurship and leadership has been both exhilarating and humbling. After a decade in the corporate sector, I was no longer waking up enthusiastic for the workday ahead and knew I needed a change from my corporate career. I dreamt of my own big gorgeous goals and with that clarity, I co-founded Mabel’s Labels, making personalized labels for all the stuff kids lose as they go out into the world. The business grew wildly, and I became an award-winning entrepreneur, eventually selling the business to an industry giant.
Unprepared for the emotional rollercoaster post-sale, I found myself struggling to answer the question “what’s next?”. I felt alone and rudderless. Once I was able to get myself off my couch, I spent time to understand why Mabel’s Labels was so successful. I realised that growing a business to 8-figures was easier with a group of growth-minded women around me.

This exploration led to me starting my coaching business helping other women get connected, solve problems and grow bigger businesses, reaching their own Big Gorgeous Goals.
Since then, I’ve become a sought-after speaker, trainer, and author. I've also had the privilege of serving as a growth mentor, COO of a thriving retailer, and chairperson of one of Canada's top angel investor groups. My journey has taught me that the impossible is often just untried, and together, we can achieve wonders.
